If you have read the Tulane Mission Statement , you know that the Tulane Team is about much more than simply moving from career point A to career point B. Tulane is about changing the world. one person at a time. We believe in those who the rest of society rejects. we inspire trust, empowerment, and re-engagement in our sanctuaries of hope. And in doing so, the Tulane resident finds great fulfillment. And with that fulfillment, comes great energy. great happiness. and great focus. These are the requisite ingredients to becoming great in any endeavor . While it's not the reason we do it, there is a justice that comes with it all. Tulane residents are great in their many career endeavors not just because they are great physicians, but because they are great people.

But our devotion to changing the world extends outside of the walls of the hospital. in New Orleans, in Louisiana, in these United States and around the world.
